POSITION TITLE: Group Account Director

LOCATION: Marlboro, MA

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Group Account Director serves as the primary point of contact on managing the relationships for existing accounts of varying size in targeted industries, while working as part of a team to support the overall Business Development strategy of growing our business with both new and existing clients. The Group Account Director is responsible for the operation of the day-to-day account management functions, particularly for carrying out tasks designed to meet our client’s needs and to increase volume. The Group Account Director will lead specific client accounts and will support the Vice President/Director of Client Service on key strategic accounts.

  • Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities and direct the pursuit and execution of such opportunities.
  • Achieve volume goals for clients as assigned.
  • Work with the team to grow long-term business relationships by supporting all prospecting activities of small to mid-level accounts. 
  • Responsible for development and management of strategic client plans as outlined by team leader. 
  • Apply sophisticated needs analysis and client services tools to expand existing relationships.
  • Establish and apply measures of business performance to existing client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will establish themselves as an influential partner and solutions provider for existing clients.  He or she will have a proven track record of effectively managing client accounts and/or client related projects. The Group Account Director must establish themselves as a trusted contact and advisor to clients. He or she will execute tactics according to a deep understanding of strategy and must have the ability to adapt strategy to specific clients needs in order to develop customized solutions. Views success as individual and collective; contributes to the success of others; acts in the best interest of the client.

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree or commensurate business experience.
  • At least seven- ten years account management or sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Experience in dealing directly with senior clients & agency management.
  • Ability to communicate successfully across the organization; is a trusted resource internally and externally.
  • Ability to organize time and tasks to meet deadlines with high quality deliverables that reflect complete understanding of expectations.
  • Experience with new business development and direct client interaction.
  • Understanding of the media industry landscape and trends. Direct Response media experience a large plus
  • Views success as individual and collective; contributes to the success of others; acts in the best interest of the client.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • MBA preferred.

POSITION TITLE: Account Executive

LOCATION: Marlboro, MA

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

He/she will assist in the strategy, development and execution of online and TV marketing programs; including search engine marketing, banner advertising, email campaigns, measurable ROI advertising, integrated promotions and support the team on day-to-day client management for all strategy and execution of project work.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2-3 yrs. of strong experience in the marketing field, preferred experience in account services within an ad agency. Solid knowledge of online marketing and advertising is preferred.  Some travel will be required.

Candidates need to have the following:

  • A strong customer service orientation and the ability to form customer relationships are a must.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • This individual MUST be well versed in Microsoft Power Point.
  • They must also have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, highly dedicated environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

POSITION TITLE: Account Coordinator

LOCATION: Marlboro, MA

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

He/she will assist in the strategy, development and execution of online and TV marketing programs; including search engine marketing, banner advertising, email campaigns, measurable ROI advertising, integrated promotions and support the team on day-to-day client management for all strategy and execution of project work.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of strong experience in the marketing field, preferred experience in account services within an ad agency. Some travel will be required. This is an entry level position.

Candidates must possess the following:

  • A strong customer service orientation & the ability to form customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
